RETURN RUNS

  • 1. The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt within 15 days from the receipt of the return notification to the BUYER and to return the goods within 5 days.

 

  • 2. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the SELLER or if the return becomes impossible, the SELLER is convicted of detecting the product and taking it back.

 

  • 3. However, the product or product must not be used and damaged in any way within the period of return.

 

  • 4. If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is decreased due to the use of the right of return, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.

 

PRODUCTS THAT RIGHT OF RETURN CANNOT BE USED

  • 1. In order for the purchased seats, sofas and chairs to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, intact and unused.

 

 

SHIPPING DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN CONDITION

  • 1. The BUYER will inspect the contractual goods / service before receiving it; crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. will not receive the damaged and defective goods / services from the courier company.

 

  • 2. If there is damage, a report will not be taken and accepted together with the cargo company.

 

  • 3. If the BUYER receives the product, it will be deemed to have accepted that the goods / services are undamaged and intact.

 

  • 4. BUYER must carefully protect the goods / services after delivery. If the right to return will be used, the product / service should not be used.

 

  • 5. The invoice must be returned with the product.

 

PROBLEM-FREE PRODUCT RETURN CONDITION

  • 1. BUYER; If he will return the purchased product unconditionally and without giving any reason;

 

  • 2. Within the same day as of the delivery date, the SELLER must notify the situation by contacting the following contact information.

 

  • 3. The BUYER may return the product in an unopened package, without being used or deformed, at the expense of the BUYER, so that the product can be purchased again.

 

  • 4. Products that have been opened, the product has been used, deformed and lost re-purchasability will not be accepted for return in any way.

 

  • 5. The BUYER is convicted of returning the product to the SELLER within 5 days under the condition of a smooth return.

 

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN CONDITION

  • 1. When the BUYER receives the product, he is convicted of paying attention that the packaging of the products delivered by the cargo company or the SELLER is not deformed and opened.

 

  • 2. The BUYER is required to document the defective products (video-photo) and notify the SELLER by phone or e-mail.

 

  • 3. The SELLER must check (test) the defective product and inform the BUYER within 2 business days.

 

  • 4. If the product is detected as defective by the SELLER, it will replace it within 15 days.

DURATION OF RIGHT OF RETURN

  • 1. The BUYER can use the right to return the purchased product within 5 days.

 

  • 2. Expenses arising from the use of the right of return belong to the BUYER.

 

  • 3. In order to exercise the right of return, a written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within a period of 5 (five) days and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of "Products for which the Right to Return Cannot Be Used" set forth in this contract.

 

USE OF RIGHT OF RETURN

 

  • 1. The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions will not be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

 

  • 2. The return form must be delivered complete and undamaged with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, of the products to be returned.
